Ok here is what I need.
A formula to calculate the predominant sales price RANGE for the last 12 months (Cell B38). I'm not sure what the best way to do this would be. Perhaps find the median and then go 10% above and 10% below?
A new formula to calculate the predominant age range over last 5 years (cell G34) - Again, not sure the best way to tackle this calculation but the age range needs to be fairly tight, 10 years tops.
In the Active and Sold Stats section there is the line Average for all the different metrics. What I'm really looking for here is the Typical, not really the average. Any thoughts on that? It's really another predominant thing like above.
CHARTS AND GRAPHS
Once we solve the above calculations issues, I'd like the charts/graphs to start on the next pages down (3rd page). The charts should appear in portrait view just as the rest of the data is presented and should stretch from edge to edge (left to right) so they are as large as possible. You should probably be able to fit at lest 3 charts per page. Here is what I need graphed out:
Bar Graph - Number of Homes sold per quarter over last 5 years.
Bar Graph - Number of New Construction Homes sold per quarter over last 5 years.
Bar Graph - Median Sale Price of Homes sold per quarter over last 5 years.
Bar Graph - Median Price Per Sqft of Homes sold per quarter over last 5 years.
Bar Graph - Median DOM per quarter over last 5 years.
I've attached the newest version of the Excel doc.
