I need MS Outlook 2010 to recognize specific incoming emails, then take specific data from the body of those emails as they come in and write data to a specific Excel 2010 spreadsheet, and based on data create rule based text for an additional column.
Excel file will be closed most of the time when emails come in.
Solution must be compatible with next version MS Office

Additional requirement - I will need the ability to change the destination spreadsheet tab for the data each year.
