We are looking for an POS solution with integrated inventory & sales tracking for use with touchscreen.
It must be based on a central DB like sql express server.
the branch have limited number of products (100-200) based on 2-3 categories - having that in mind we imagine a frontinterface with 2-3 PLU categori button with related goods on seperat quickbuttons (60-80 in screen per categori) for fast handling.
We need the system to be able to 15 cashregisters and multiple selfservice touchscreen for order registration -
Cash register is standard setup with barcode lookup and touchinterface - free of choice - multiple payment types and split payment cash/card/account.
Self service solution - must check against inventory and when self order is completed the goods must be drawn from inventory.
Cash register must print a reciept for the customer and at the same time a packaging list for the stock printer.
Selfservice interface / part must print a reciept with barcode for the customer and a packaging list for stock printer.
All prints must include barcode for recalling the transactions. The selfservice reciept and selfservice packaging list must through barcode be able to recall the complete order for a quick cash register for payment - at this place all packed goods are being handed to the customer. When the packed goods are being ahnded to the customer the barcode also should register that the customer has recived the goods.
In the backend we want to track inventory stats - add/update move goods from stock to stock - track sales per register / salesperson (own unique ID)
For the supply registration we of course have different suppliers.
Regarding the stock the system should be capable to handle differet stock lokations (internally and externally)
