i need a project client/server chat like a chat room but within LAN network that include:-
1. client requests insert his nickname.
2. when client tries to join to the chat.
3. list of connected client
4. one client chooses one of other clients from the list and start private chat between them
5. client and server to send a message.
6. client and server to notify that the connection will be closed.
7. the server to notify the complete list of nicknames that are currently connected.
8. the server to notify that the name that it is trying to change is not available.
i need this project written in VB.net.. i want it within 20 days..the deadline is 15/5/2012 and i need it with open source code.. i want to see the code ad this project should be within the local area network
