An existing program that exports financial data to Quickbooks will be retained
Need system written for consultants to manage bookings, issue vouchers and invoice
Users will need to manage the following data files:
Add/Edit/Search Items (Suppliers)
Add/Edit/Search Employees (Users)
3 types of users – Consultants, Sales and Admin
Add/Edit/Search Companies (Clients)
Companies are the agencies clients, and have passengers.
The Company has a Sales employee allocate to it
Passengers will have Bookings and belong to a Company record
The Booking record is a header type record, with Segments attached such as Car, Hotel, Air, etc. It belongs to a Passenger record and has an Employee assigned
Different types of segments (Air/Car/Hotel/Documents/Tour/Transfers)
The segment has a Item (supplier) associated with it
A voucher / order can be issued for a segment to the supplier for services
A invoice is generated from a Segment
Has many Lines
Each line has an Item
Has a Passenger
Has an Employee
Add/Edit/Search Receipts (Belongs to an Invoice)
Various reports will need to done, including reports for customers.
