We are looking for a talented and professional programmer to create a program that allow us to backup in hidden mode some specific office files to a pen drive or send by e-mail.
We have access to the computers, when the pen drive is inserted the program must run and start the backup, simultaneously must open a file, for example a ppt file or excel file. We also can click in an icon if the autorun is disable.

The aim is to control workers in different departments and locations, but they mustn't have that knowledge. The program must not be detected by any antivirus, firewall or similar programs (if is an macro or a visual basic funcion the advice mustn't be showed).
In some cases we have access to the workers computers.
To the remain workers we will send a CD or an executable file by e-mail and in this case the backup must go to our e-mail.
