For this project you will be working with Access 2003 and doing some basic data manipulation and then extracting the data from MS Access to Excel files (.xls) and storing them in a folder.
1. Currently there are approx 30 tables. 10 of those tables are called "relationship" tables that show the relationships from one table to another.
The normal files have the following columns
The "relationship" tables have the following columns in them.
The FromName and ToName contain an ID number (column) that matches an ID number (column) in the other tables. You will need to run a simple to find that ID in the normal table and get the Name value that corresponds to that ID. Once you have that name you will replace the FromName and ToName with the matching name from the normal tables.
2. Once that step is completed it will extract all the tables and relationship tables out of the database into .xls format keeping the formatting of the tables.
3. Close the Access Database
