Set up this excel Macro

I have no idea how to set up this macro and get it to work

Note: The windows computer I have is netbook and it is not powerful or fast.

I want an excel file with the macro set up like in this youtube video (its 2 minutes long)

This is exactly what I need it to do

The program is in the same file location as the code below:
