I have a macro that I use to clean up documents I convert to word form html. I run it on each document individually and I do this with 50 - 75 files monthly. I am looking for a way to cleanup all the files in the same folder when I click on that one macro button. I have the clean up macro so I need the code that allows me to select the folder the open the document, run my macro save the file with the changes, then move on to the next file in the folder until all the files are done. just tell me where I should insert my macro in the code with comments. something like.
choose the folder
Run Cleanup macro ()
Save file as docx in folder 2
Choose folder 2
If the folder has another file
Open the next file
Run clean up macro ()
Save document as docx
If there are no more files in the folder
Tell the user that you are done.
