I have an access based contacts database that comprises UI as well. I need a VBA / MS Access expert to analyze/optimize the VBA codes in the DB.
Also, there is a functionality that has to be updated, which can trigger the change in DB structure and source code accordingly. This functionality shows if a postcard was sent to the selected manager’s contacts in a specific year and provides an option to check the checkbox in a field, if the postcard needs to be sent current year as well.
Currently, the selected year information is in one subform and beneath there is another subform with current year and list of contacts. But, I want to have them in one subform that will have 2 different columns – [Selected_Year], [Current_Year].
