Remote Server 2nd line technical support

For the 1 year contract we are looking for a certified professional that will diagnose and configure remote servers.

Candidate/candidates must have following setifications as a requirement from customer.

- Budget is 10K for 1 year (up to 100 requests max 50 work hours) if more - will increase up to 20K max.

- SLA 3 hours response time

1) DELL SE: Server Credential or Hauwei HCS- Field-Server.

2) ITIL Managing Professional

3) IBM Certified Specialist - Virtualized Storage.

4) Huawei Certified ICT Professional-Storage (HCIP-STORAGE).

Titles of required certificates listed MUST match to be allowed for this work. We prove our competence by the certification
