What we're looking for is in this project is really unique.
The title says "Child Care Expert Needed," so I want to explain a bit more about what we're looking for.
A short background: We're creating a childcare program to help young mothers learn effective tips to help them raise their children better.
The mothers we're targeting are young African mothers who are having challenges raising their young children to become smarter in school, more disciplined and more confident.
The way we’re creating this program is that we want to Interview Child Care Experts, basically people who have direct experience working with children anywhere between the ages of 2 to 18 years old.
So we’re looking for someone like this who we can Interview as one of the experts we will feature on our program.
This will be a "VOICE" Interview because the program we're creating is an AUDIO project.
The Interview will be between 45 minutes to an hour, and the idea is for you to discuss great, helpful tips (from your real-world experience) that these young Mums can apply to better raise their children.
We want this to be a very relaxed, light-hearted interview, just like a regular conversation so that it can be both fun and also educational / enlightening.
And the idea is to share helpful tips using your real experiences, stories or examples of how you were able to learn effective methods of dealing with children that helped the parents to get better results in raising those children.
I know this is an unusual project, so we may need to chat a bit more about the details, but at least this description will give you an idea of the type of person we're looking for.
