Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct calls to healthcare facilities to verify and collect information.
Utilize software, scripts, and tools appropriately.
Understand and strive to meet or exceed company metrics.
1-2 solid years of experience in outbound calling
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional call handlings skills
Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM Software
Ability to analyze situations
Adaptability, accountability, and reliability
Must be willing to work on a night shift
Must be willing to work on a paid-trial period (2 weeks)
Knowledgeable in using the following is a plus:
You will be calling Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm EST with 1-hour lunchbreak (unpaid) and two 15-minutes break (paid), so total work hours is 7.5 hours a day.
$120 weekly flat-rate pay
6 freelancers are bidding on average $100 for this job
I have worked in this industry for almost 2 years. Good knowledge of USA Healthcare system (Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare). Willingness to put 100 percent of myself to deliver the utmost level of performance and product.
