We need a system based on SIP, where besides the standard SIP account, users will have options for call through (calling card), and callback based on ANI which are to be configured by the user through their access interface.
The system to be operating in the following way:
For example there are 9 DID, 8 of them are for callback, 1 (multichannel) is for call through (calling card).
- When the user calls from a registered to his account telephone number to DID 1, DID 2, DID 3,.....DID7, the system "reads" the number (ANI), "hangs up", calls the number back and after the customer picks up, the system automatically dials the assigned number set by the customer for DID 1, DID 2, DID 3,......DID 7 on their user interface.
- When the user calls from a registered to his account telephone number to DID 8, the system "reads" the number (ANI), "hangs up",calls back, and when he picks up, the customer hears: "Dial number", and then dials a telephone number.
- When the customer dials DID 9 the system picks up, authorizes via ANI (if not possible asks for a PIN number), the customer hears: "Dial a number", and then the client proceeds to dial a telephone number.
The system also needs to have:
Possibility of working with a standard sip client
Possibility for web callback - such as: "my number" + "other number" -> call; example: Voxalot.
A callshop module
Capability for translation of the GUI.
