Synthetic Voice Tool will allow call center agents to answer inbound calls using IBM Watson voice. The agent will have the option to release pre-loaded text scripts to have converted to Watson voice or they can speak to Watson and the Watson voice will play to the listener on the other end of the call.
Bid is for PoC: simple web with fixed buttons for agent. playback of file/text for incoming caller. accuracy of recognition and delay depend of watson cloud. client should provide watson account and server for setup.
