VoIP AstLinux PBX Installation, configuration and documentation

Hello,
I'm looking for an expert in AstLinux VoIP. I need to build a testing system and have a expert advice & tips on SIP Providers and other topics. This project needs documentation, this means you will have to document all the configuration steps.
I want to use AstLinux because it's stable and doesn't have a lot of moving parts.

- Auto-attendant based on day and night time
- Redirect extensions to a different phone number, call forwarding
- Request a phone call back
- Background music
- Conference call
- Security hardening & latency

Features we can talk about for later:
- An extension option that sends a text.
E.g: If a caller press extension #4, the system sends them an SMS, like the location full address.
Other features we need to talk about:
- Interactive Voice Response
- Schedule a call
- Integrate API, Twilio
- Other advanced features
I have other VoIP projects but need to start with this one and see how it goes first. The nature of these projects require documentation, this means we have to write all the steps on how this project was build. Please let me know if you are an expert in this area and can help.
