VoIP setup DID to PBX (Via SIP address)

We would like to configure a Voxnumbers (DID) to ring to a 3CX PBX. The Voxnumbers DID ask us the SIP address to forward the number, we have wrote the extension@staticIP: Port format, but it doesn't work. Can you help? Best regards,
