Before a consultation starts, the system must automatically collect and store: • Medical history • Current medications • Personal contact details Those details should appear to the clinician the moment the call begins and be archived safely for later review. A clean, responsive interface, reliable audio/video quality, and straightforward patient onboarding are all essential. The finished deliverable is a fully functional site, deployed and ready for clinicians to use, along with basic documentation so future staff can manage users and sessions confidently.
