Educational Site with Cloudflare & SSO

I’m building a new education-focused website and need a designer who is just as comfortable in Git as in Figma. The visual work is important, but the real heart of the project is secure, streamlined access and robust admin oversight. Here’s what I need you to handle: • Design and develop a clean, responsive front-end that speaks to educators and students alike. • Wire the site to a private repo so every change is version-controlled; I rely on pull-requests for review and will grant appropriate branch permissions. • Implement Single Sign-On and OAuth so users can log in with their existing Google accounts—no extra passwords, no friction. • Build tiered administration: master admins see everything (including detailed login reports), while lower tiers get scoped dashboards. • Configure Cloudflare for best-practice security (DNS, SSL/TLS, WAF rules, caching) and document the setup so I can audit it later. Hand-off will include the full source in the repo, a short deployment guide, and a demo session walking me through the admin reporting screens.
