Hi, this is Ambar Shome, I work independently but also run Shome & Associates for larger projects. I can build this in a simple way, not overcomplicated. Best fit is PHP Laravel + PostgreSQL + Bootstrap admin panel. Easy to maintain later, easy hosting too. Main parts will be there: appointment booking, registration with photo capture, test queue screen, live monitoring, reports, API connection with other software. Flow is simple. User books slot, comes to centre, QR/RFID scan, photo + details saved, assigned tests, joins queue, moves station to station, results linked by time and ID. Some useful decisions: separate login for admin/supervisor/operator daily auto backup MQTT listener service with reconnect logic store raw sensor logs + final values both LED queue page runs in browser fullscreen CSV export for reports manual correction page for wrong scans centre wise permissions email/API daily summary job basic offline cache if network blinks Dashboard will show running tests, free stations, camera status blocks, alerts if device stops sending data. Code will be delivered with Docker setup + install guide. Weekly review is fine. No problem. One small open point is whether camera feeds are existing CCTV or new USB/IP cameras. Use QR first and RFID later? Yes/No
