Urgent fix for Server/Email and SSL issues
$30-250 AUD
Paid on delivery
We are having 4 issues with our Server/Email and SSL that need an urgent fix:
1. Receiving diskcritical message.
- Information:
The file system /dev/vda1, which is mounted at /, has reached critical status because it is 95% full.
Server: [login to view URL]
Primary IP: [login to view URL]
Notification Type: diskcritical
Filesystem: /dev/vda1
Mount Point: /
Percentage Full: 95%
Disk Information: • Used: 26.49GB
• Available: 1.53GB
• Total: 29.51GB
ChkServd Version: 15.2

2. SSL is currently set up with Trustwave. But may be accessible and configurable via the bluehost account.
- Information:
I went to the site and noticed that when I go to a page that should have encryption the padlock in the browser bar is not showing up green to represent encryption. But rather I'm getting the broken padlock icon saying that some resources are not secure.
3. Emails aren't working, using a macbook and iphone
- Information:
So with the email the issue is nothing is working. All the accounts are showing up as offline.
Now, I use Apple Mail on my Mac and just use the default mail service on my Android device.
Neither device is working for mail.
Now when I try and take my accounts online with Apple Mail I get an error message saying:
"There may be a problem with the mail server or network. Verify the settings for account “Info ” or try again.
The server returned the error: The server “[login to view URL]” cannot be contacted on port 993."
4. DNS misconfiguration warning
- Information:
IMPORTANT: Do not ignore this email.
Your hostname ([login to view URL]) could not be resolved to
an IP address. This means that /etc/hosts is not set up correctly,
and/or there is no dns entry for server.caseandcover.com.au. Please
be sure that the contents of /etc/hosts are configured correctly,
and also that there is a correct 'A' entry for the domain in the
zone file.
Some or all of these problems can be caused by /etc/[login to view URL]
being setup incorrectly. Please check that file if you believe
everything else is correct.
You may be able to automatically correct this problem by using the
'Add an A entry for your hostname' option under 'Dns Functions' in
your Web Host Manager.
