Help me browse securly to localhost https with chrome and firefox, and get the green lock for https

I wish to run 3 node.js web servers on my local machine (Windows 7) :
https://localhost:8000/
https://localhost:8001/
https://localhost:8002/
They use a self signed certificate.
When I browse in Firefox and Chrome, i get the 'Not secured' icon (attached).
I wish to setup my machine - WITHOUT CHANGING CHROME / FIREFOX SETTINGS, so it be like a good SSL (attached).
