Need 2 sites listed in Google

We have two poker and casino guide websites that we need listed in Google. The two sites have been index by Google before, but after we deleted the sites and rebuild them, they are, for some reason, no longer listed. It's been 8 weeks since we fell out of the Google index and now we are looking for someone to help us get re-listed. We don’t know if the sites are banned from Google, but we don’t think so, since we have done no marketing for the sites and we don’t have anything illegal on the sites. If you have done anything like this before or know how to get the sites listed in Google again – Then you are the person/company we are looking for. When you place your bid, please quote the price and TIME you need to get the sites listed in Google. This is IMPORTANT If you can’t get the sites listed within the TIME you say – The project stop and there will be NO payment. We will then hire another freelancer.
