This project is for my Toronto Real Estate Agent website [login to view URL]
I want to be in the top 4 for “Toronto Real Estate” and “Toronto MLS” (more details will be given to the winning bidder)
I need 100 PR5 or greater links to the site, and 100 PR3, PR4. The links MUST be:
One way and / or TWO way Links. Link Exchange welcome! . Linking page has to be PR5 or higher.
No PR0-PR2 or link pages, Link Farms etc.. will be accepted.
All links must be permanent.
All links must be on Real Estate Agent, Real Estate, Realtor, Residential Real Estate, Real Estate Lender themed sites, Mortgage related sites, Mortgage rate sites. Anything to do with REAL ESTATE IN CANADA!!
Only direct static links will be approved. You MUST check that the acquired link is spiderable. I will not pay for links that are hidden, cloaked or redirected in any way. Links from FFAs, Linkfarms, and Spam Websites are not acceptable.
The links should be from a mix of informational websites, industry directories, and blogs.
Links must be on pages with 20-40 outgoing links at most.
Proposed linked websites must have been Google crawled and indexed within last 45 days.
APPROVAL PROCESS (Proposed links MUST be approved first):
You source all proposed link sites and send them to us for approval prior to posting.
You will provide all proposed link data in an Excel Spreadsheet which will include: Prposed Link-Site URL, Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank, Alexus Traffic Rank, and IP Address.
ONCE APPROVED:
You submit the information to the approved sites.
When links are up and running, you update the original spreadsheet by adding the URL for the incoming link and send us the revised spreadheet.
I will pay you in batches of 10 links, i.e. 1/10th of your total bid per payment, through escrow.

MY site [login to view URL] is all done with CMS so its very simple to change the words, and on the homepage there is a huge text area under the businesscard that you can add an article to increase word count as needed. I can add this CMS Text box onto Every Page As needed.

For every person that buys / sells / because of the site, from one of your links or from google search. You will be rewarded $300 - $1000 per property!
IF you can drive enough traffic to the site that 10 homes per month are being sold / bought I will give you $1000 per person! This way site traffic will benefit the both of us, and create a solid long term relationship!
