Bulk/Mass Emailing Script

I need a Bulk/Mass Emailing Script that works on linux servers. It needs to be installed off a domain on the server. Requirements of script: [login to view URL] must be able to send the emails to inbox , not spam folders. No exceptions. 2. Software should be able to load multi sender at once and also multi recipients, Must hit yahoo/hotmail/gmail inboxes. No exceptions.. 3. Software will load proxy or change IP after sending every 25-50 emails which is in limit for not being the spam. 4. Better if you can make the software based on web interface of yahoo mail. 5. Take list in txt file or similar. 6. Not get my server/domains blacklisted. 7. I also need to be explained how to use the script + how I can install it on future servers. I need to see proof once installed on my server that it works I will eventually need to be installed on 3 different servers budject up to $ 70
