Virtual Assistant Needed from Philippines

I am in need of a FULL-TIME Filipino Virtual Assistant. You should be living in the Philippines and be a Filipino. Hours required are 6-8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

You will have excellent English skills and can read/write with unwavering proficiency. (If you do not know what that last line means, this job is not for you, do not apply) You will be able to write/rewrite articles, do SEO and link building and help with website design and creation. You HAVE TO BE EXPERIENCED IN PROGRAMMING (THIS IS CRUCIAL – HTML/CSS/JOOMLA/CMS/OOP, OR ANY COMBINATION OF THESE)

You must be able to work during the day from home (with high speed Internet) and be available on Gmail chat or Skype throughout the day.

SEO Training will be provided to the right candidate if you do not have all the required skills – however you must be very well versed in website design/programming.

Tasks Will Include:

• Website design and coding

• Website Traffic Generation

• Article writing, distribution and posting

• Forum posting

• Blog commenting

• Building back links

• Search engine optimization

• Video marketing and creation of accounts at various sites

• Social networking and bookmarking (including account creation at various sites)

• Website Maintenance

• Keeping Wordpress blogs and associated plugins up to date

• Moderating blog comments

• General administrative tasks

• Management of other outsourcers and their tasks

• Google research

• Keyword Research


• Facebook/Twitter/MySpace creation, maintenance, cultivation

• PHP/Apache/MySQL


• Wordpress/Blogger


1. English proficiency is a must

2. You should have at least a BS in Computer Science, IT, EE, or equivalent level of proficiency.

3. Must be experienced in SEO, link building, blog commenting and forum posting, social bookmarking – and especially programming.

4. You have to be able to write well (well researched, written in American English, conversational, interesting and informative), including optimizing writing for keywords. A reader should not be able to tell that you're not an American.

1. Must be available 30-40 hours per week (6-8 hours per day, 5 days a week)

2. Content must also be delivered error-free. No duplicate content

3. You will be required to meet deadlines and uphold strict quality

4. Tasks will be managed daily through desktop monitoring software

5. Must have access to a high-speed Internet connection and your own computer

6. Must be able to work for a minimum of 3 months

7. You must be flexible and will be expected to take on new skills and learn new tools
