I have an HTML website. I just switched hosts. I had my old website scraped, and then uploaded onto the new host, and now I have two problems. The person who helped me switch hosts does not know how to solve the problems. (Note that the new host has my domain on it, plus several add-on domains which I have had up there for years and never caused me any trouble).
I don't use the email associated with the account, except for one thing - for the contact form, so when visitors fill out the contact form, it sends me an email with the info.
1. My contact form isn't working right. There's one box where the visitor is supposed to enter a date, and even if they type the date correctly, they get the message "Please type the date in the form of xx/xx/xxxx".
2. As soon as I switched hosts, I got an email from the host that my account was sending out spam. In their email, they said:
The following was provided in the report:
Sent by: program running on server
(This means it did not come from a specific email address, but a mailing script somewhere in your account)
Can you log into my account, look around, figure out what's up, and fix these two problems? I'm hoping that they will be easy problems to fix. PLEASE only bid if you are pretty sure how to solve the problem.
