We've created a PSD template that needs to be converted into a Landing Page and a confirmation page. PSD, flat files, PDF with text and PDF with sticky notes attached. Requirements: - HTML 5 / CSS3 - Works across browsers 1 year old, including mobile and tablet devices - Javascript validation for form fields (all are required) Additional direction: - Form does NOT need to be implemented.
