I may have listed this in the wrong category. We're looking to have a customer database produced. Perhaps in Excel or any other platform that will run on our HP iPaqs. The database will contain customer contact details and information about their previous purchases. It is important that it can be run from our iPAQs. The database should have a search feature so we can search by invoice number/customer number/ date etc. This database should also be printable on A4 paper.
Fields the database should include: Client name, Customer ref, Address, Contact name, tel1, tel2, fax, email, website, notes, then below a table listing their purchases to include… invoice no, description, date, weeks, price, notes.
