Revamp our database driven website

We have a simple database driven site - [login to view URL] If you want to have a look at it the user is - barry and password 222 As you will see there are two search windows. Executive Role and Industry - once in the data you can refine the search by region also. Ideally looking for much fresher design - big icones easily navigated and with three search windows Executive Role ----- Industry-------Region. We can provide the raw data in excel - Executive Role Industry Region - we supply every search in an excel sheet so the database does not have to be too clever. Also need to password protect it - if it is easier and cheaper we could use one universal user and password...but it would need to be easy for admin to change it. Have a look and welcome all ideas - the site itself is very simple and the database is not that clever . Looking for best price and ideas on this, how to password protect ...just beta at present so need to set budget at around $100 initially.
