HTML Webmaster required to load text into 18 web pages

I need an experienced webmaster to load text into my web page template. I have 6 pages, each of which need 3 language versions creating. I have the translations in a word doc, I just need the successful candidate to load the copy into the template in the following areas: Keywords content description Page titles Navigation menu H1, H2, H3 titles main content. The languages are Greek, Russian and Blugarian, so the languages do not follow the standard conventions of English and have a lot of special characters.I have started doing the translations in other languages, and each page takes approx 10 minutes. I have average HTML skills, so I anticipate this task would take an experienced webmast 2-3 hours.
