BOXING DVD WEBSITE REDESIGN + small fixes

Hello! I would like a website REDESIGN for [login to view URL] . Mainly, I need a talented artist to design a new look with CLEAR (sharp) imagery (mainly of sexy women or whatever your artistic heart desires). I prefer to pay for STOCK PHOTOS (I ONLY WANT QUALITY IMAGERY and GRAPHICS), please let me see them before you purchase or if you already have some, great!. As a note, I would like "little" flash (to keep the page lite). Mainly just VERY GOOD IMAGERY (but I can live with some flash such as links in the toolbar, polls, FAQ section, etc.). Flash would also be ok for a LIVE HELP icon to be placed in the upper right corner of the page. I like the current color scheme (red/white) and the FONT used for the toolbar (ABOUT, CONTACT, etc.) But you can change this whole scheme if needed. I would prefer to keep it, maybe add some shading to make it stand out more? I am serious about this website so please, serious bids only. I also need some very small fixes done to the website listed in the specs doc. If you aren't a programmer, or don't want to do any of the programming fixes, please indicate this in your bid. I have included a SPECS DOC and A LOT of photos to give you an idea of what I want done. I welcome any COOL NEW ideas you would like to add to the page. Please indicate them in your bid. Or point out examples in your portfolio. I will look at EVERY LINK in your portfolio, so make sure to send quality examples so I know what to expect. Thank you!
