1-2 tour page(s)
1 membership page with galleries of photos

Main point is:

You should create the member directory.
Note: You may use ready sites / galleries or templates since there is no copyrighted logos/headers etc.
Non-reviewed freelancers to show a mockup first.
Price per site (20$ to 50$) - The cheapesest offer per site will be awarded.
