Fairly simple job, we have a form to accept credit cards online securly with all the correct fields and html includes. We need someone to design the page so it looks professional with a good layout. Easy on the eye. Requirements: Fits on one page without scrolling down (centered), use your own graphics as long as our logo is captured correctly. HTML file will be sent when programmer is chosen.
