eBay auction template and logo design

Hi there. Looking for talented designers who specialize in creating auction templates. I sell designer and name brand clothing online (shirts, jeans and lingerie etc MENS AND WOMENS). I need someone to design me an eye catching template and a basic logo to be placed within the template. The logo just needs to be a simple text based one. Main criteria for the template: eye catching colour scheme, preferably incorporating colours such as sky blue, mocha brown (tan/beige/chocolate brown) or silver/grey.
Template just needs to have a simple and progressive layout, to guide customers to read the whole listing. Keywords for the project are simplicity, colour and elegance. Design with high street and casual fashion in mind. I am also open to your suggestions. Also please keep open an option for me to seek further services in the event that I need you to design me other pages when I open my eBay store (very likely) Would like a streamline look when that happens. So a complete store design package ($$$) could be waiting for you if my eBay venture goes well.
Please provide turnaround time, and cost. Trying to keep costs down.
