Graphic / Website Designer Needed Immediately

We are in need of a web designer to do some work immediately. One of our designers will be off for 24 hours and we got an influx of work today that is due tomorrow.
We will need 2-4 new designs done within 30 hours of this posting. An opportunity to make $100-$200 rather quickly.
• You need to be proficient in Photoshop or your favorite graphic design software (you do need to deliver in PSD or XCF)
• You need to be able to follow specific design and style instructions
• You need to be pretty fast to make it worth your time (see payment structure below).
• You need to really like creating great progressive and usable web designs
• You need to be able to understand the goals of the website clearly and be able to come up with a creative design to fulfill the goals.
Payment: To begin with, pay will be $50 per successful site design. By successful we mean the client actually likes it and all changes requested are complete (we only allow 3 changes total to the design). About 5%-10% of the the client absolutely dislikes a design even if it is actually good and instructions were followed, and requests a new design. In this case we will compensate $70.
What this works out to per hour - I am able to complete a full site design in no more than 3 hours, with normally no more than 1 hour of changes requested. I would not call myself an expert or consider myself all that quick. An experienced person may be able to put out a design within 1-2 hours. Once you see examples of the designs most of our clients like, you will see they are not all that complicated.
This equates to approximately $15-$45 per hour, depending on your speed.
We will provide full instructions for the site included examples of sites the client likes and artistic direction, all you have to do is provide your creative touch in making the sites as clean and appealing to the client as possible.
Once selected, you will start right away on a design.
Again, we will pay $50 for a successfully completed design (one that our client is happy with) and will likely only require 2-3 changes after initial mock up. We can pay 50% up front before you start if you like, with the following 50% paid upon client approval.
There will be opportunity for long term work if successful
