landing page for existing Joomla website with call to action design and basic contact form

We curretly have a great coded Joomla website and are looking to start adding additional Landing pages for some of our partners to place the link on their websites for referals of their customers. We're looking for an ongoing thing as we're looking to add many of these individual pages. I'm looking for someone that has good graphic design with extensive knowledge in joomla coding. we want a simple page that has 2 pictures of our partners, some bullet points, and a very simple contact form (with CC capability, meaning multiple emails simultaneusly get emails receiving the info submitted on this contact form.) along with Google Analytics code embedded into the page for our tracking purposes. We're not looking to use our existing website frame/design for this landing page and instead looking to build completely new page without links going to our main site. Great communication is key when I work with a freelancer and i'm looking to have fast turn around times with delivery of the file so we can upload to our server. I can provide a sample of links to give a good idea of what i'm looking for in case I'm not being clear above.
