487694 make PSD file

Hello again, another small job i need to get doon as soon as possible( 24hours). we have an auction site design homepage jpg. you need to make PSD for the same. but JPG is mess and not clean as its cut-copy-paste from ehre and there. so, you need to make PSD from scratch and improve it little bit as per your designing skills. kindly PM to see jpg file. and i repeat it is kinda urgent project. but i think 2-3 hours is more then enough for this project. thanks
