New website redesign, Wordpress Theme

Hi, Im looking for a designer to re-design a WordPress, ClassiPress Theme. I have the default "ClassiPress" theme at [[login to view URL]][1] and Im looking for a new modern (unique) look. I just put up the new logo and now need the rest of the site designed. The Site is a classified ad site to sell and buy mobile source code, so a "techy" look would be great. I like clean and crisp designs. I like the look of this site: [[login to view URL]][2] because it looks crisp and uses images overtop of images like the "Sign up" image and the "Free" on the corner of the box. Just an idea of my taste, (colors too). I also want some ideas on replacing the "sale tags" with something pertaining to mobile source code, etc. I need new ideas and someone that can produce them. I like the layout of ClassiPress so that could stay maybe with just a new look. Also like the site based on blue'ish colors. I will also award a $250 Bonus to the winner at the end of the contest.
