Simple 1- Page Website Design - HTML/XML/CSS

Hello! I am looking for someone who can design a simple one page website. The website is for lead generation therefore the main focus is two areas: 1) Attractive graphic design for font style, stock photo, and form layout 2) Well-designed form that can handle multiple fields to be sent to e-mail (using formmail or other similar formats) I have a prototype site in place as well as various sites that you can use as your starting point. Since SEO is an underlying factor behind this site, if you have SEO knowledge, that would be a definite plus! Graphic design/Photoshop knowledge would be great as well Simplicity is important as I do not want the site to exceed one page in height. Also, it should not be cluttered with text and images. Again, I will give you all the information and guidance to make it work. What I am looking for is someone who is skilled in website design AND is easily reachable by email. I will consider freelancers from any location BUT you must have adequate communication skills so that I can give you feedback as well as understand any feedback that you give me - English is very important!!
