Tableless CSS/XHTML

We are looking for a front-end engineer/designer to take our PSD mock-ups and code them up into browser-compliant, table-less, xhtml and CSS.

You will be responsible for only the front-end html AND the css pages, our team has coded the site functionality in python and will integrate it into production.

The project is for TWO seperate pages, both of which have the header and footer already coded. You will be coding the front-end for the body of the two pages which consist of text, images, and links.

The interface is clean and simple and should not be difficult to code up. We insist though on the fact that the code must be very STRUCTURED (separate css pages) and very flexible so that we can integrate our dynamic code in the html pages you will provide us.

The ideal person could also have graphic design skills and be able to add some design touches to give it a more professional appearance.

This is an urgent project that we are looking to have completed as soon as possible. Deadline will HAVE TO be respected. FLUENT english is required and you must be available on IM/VOIP to discuss the details of the project.

EXPERIENCE is required and previous work must be presented.

Final price for the project will be finalized with the selected bidder after we go over the screenshots and talk about the precise functionality required (budget set up is just to give a general idea)
