Two Custom Made Lead Capture Splash Templates.

I am looking for TWO “kick ass” custom made fast loading lead capture splash templates done in MS FrontPage.
THIS IS A BID FOR TWO – NOT ONE - BUT TWO. Each will be uniquely different from the other.
The idea is to entice people to enter their contact data to obtain more information. Can be flash or static, but must be impressive and memorable.
One of the flash pages will be about eliminating debt and the other about a business opportunity showing others a proven way to get rid of debt fast with no out of pocket costs (details will be provided to winning bidder). WINNING BIDDER – TALK TO ME FIRST BEFORE STARTING – I WILL SEND YOU TO THE WEB PAGE OF THE PROGRAM AND YOU CAN DRAW YOUR CREATIVITY FROM THERE.
I require this project to be completed within seven (7) days of acceptance.
Must be fast loading and browser friendly.
Bidder agrees that this is original work and will be royalty free. I am buying this work.
I will need a satisfaction guarantee. I would like to see some mock designs. If I am not satisfied with them, you will need to go back and recreate. Before bidding, anticipate that I will ask you to go back to the drawing board several times or make a few adjustments. I am not too difficult, but I do want complete satisfaction with my purchase.
I want the template and graphics to be original (no clip art or used elsewhere) and to be nothing less then fantastic.
The page design needs to align CENTER on the page. I would like the splash page to not have to scroll. You should see the splash page in it's entirety without having to scroll.
Winning bidder needs to have experience in not only creating templates, but also have good command of the English language and create something that would be an effective enticement. On both templates, winning bidder will incorporate my autoresponder and set it up completely so all I have to do is upload it to my web sever and it is already set up ready to go.
For two templates, I am willing to pay no more then $300 for BOTH. Bids should not exceed $300 for both templates made to the above specifications. A bonus of up to 20% beyond the winning bid may be paid for exceptional performance at my sole discretion. GAF escrow only will be utilized.
