324878 Very simple landing page

Hi, my name is Mark. I want to hire you to throw together a very simple landing/opt-in page design that includes a zipcode submit box. This project is quite simple--I suspect it should take no more than an hour or two. It will be a single page with an image, some text and a zipcode submit box. I have some stock photos in mind that might work on the page. This is for a market test and should be really easy, so my maximum budget is $50.
