Web development and personal assistant

I am looking for an assistant to help me with my web development project. The assistant must be accessible by skype, phone, email, or messenger for at least 12 hours per day. I would like the assistant to be familiar with web design, graphic design, web development, and be very good at doing research on the Internet. The assistant will assist me with the following: -Write web design project proposal -Update and manage website using content management system -Update and manage project management system -Write content for website -Perform QA for website -Install simple web script -Manage reseller hosting account -Make marketing materials Assistant will not actually be doing web development. Assistant will help me manage project and interface with web developer and client.
