Looking for someone with experience with Zendesk to help set up our Customer Service portal and online community. We also need training to operate the portal. This project consists of the following:
1. configure the zendesk portal according to our needs (chat, online commnity...etc)
2. Train and provide tutorials to our team to use the ticket system.
We are only looking for someone who has worked with Zendesk before. You will need to provide samples of zendesk you have implemented before.
