We currently have an established shirt-a-day website, [url removed, login to view], that we built ourselves by modifying an OScommerce cart. It has been in operation for over a year and now we wish to have a cart specially built for us and our purposes. We're interested in a new website modeled after the TeeFury or Yetee operation. In addition to standard shopping cart functionality (ssl, mysql, email receipts, invoices, backend) specifically what is needed is as follows:
-Ability to schedule and automate the addition of new shirts while discontinuing the sale of previous shirts and cataloging them into a gallery.
-Preview of each day's design on the site along with the design superimposed on a t-shirt model.
-A 24 hour countdown which resets at midnight EST when the previous shirt is retired and the next day's shirt is added.
-The homepage must be updated at midnight EST to be the page where the current day's shirt can be purchased, no URL redirects to product pages.
-SEO friendly URLs and tags.
-Integration of Facebook Connect.
-Integration with PayPal Payments Pro.
-Ability to print out a manifest of each shirt's sales broken down by color, size and style, i.e.- Black shirts: 12 Small ladies, 19 Small mens, ect.
-Ability to print out each shirt's invoices as a batch as opposed to one invoice at a time.
-Issuing of shipping tracking numbers to be sent out using PayPal MultiOrder Shipping for domestic orders, and if possible through [url removed, login to view] for international orders.
-Ability for outside artists to be able to check hidden sales figures for their commissions.
Although we currently run the website [url removed, login to view], the job for the website listed here will have a new name and possibly a new host if the designer feels it advantageous. Although it will have a new name, the website listed here will be the permanent replacement for [url removed, login to view], but the content will remain the same. We have an in-house graphic designer who will ultimately design or redesign all the visuals for the website, so temporary images are completely acceptable. We are most concerned with flawless functionality in both the front and back end of the website.
We would need a fully functional website 30 days from the time that the new domain where the site will be hosted is registered.
