I have an online radio station ([login to view URL]) that plays songs randomly. I would like a voting system. Each time a new song plays, I would like listeners to be able to vote from one star to 5 stars on the song. That info would be kept in a database (PHP OK) or a text file. Each month the results would be put into a file like "Radio Aug 2014" that I can look at. I would like them sorted from highest to lowest At the beginning of the month, the database would be emptied. After a few years I would have several files showing each month's voting. Right now, the website shows the current song playing. I would like a star voting system right beneath it. I hope this is clear. I will be glad to answer any questions.

Currently do you have some database, in place ? Mean to say song list etc. Since vote will be on song being played. Do you want any login/registration system for listener ? Will excel file format acceptable at the end of month ? I will use php and mysql for database.
