Wordpress plugin edit

Ready as discussed Hey Darsh, I have another project I like you to help shed some light on. I want to create a simple review site for mud runs. The site is already in Wordpress and I added the plugin Rich Reviews. This plugin is okay but I don't know how to edit it. The below image is the submission form. Its a decent form but I want the ability to add lines. The settings do not allow a simple "add line" function. Would you be able to add this? Inline image 1 Next, the shorten reviews are displayed in a vertical manner, I would like them to display horizontally and be optimized for mobile. When you click on "Red more" the following happens and it looks messy. Inline image 2 Also with the above image, it does not have proper paragraph breaks. I added plugin Contact Form 7. Its probably one of my fav contact forms. Its very easy to add lines and displays properly. This plugin is just to show you what kind of simplicity I'm looking for. The site will be user driven. Users will write out their review of an event and it will display on the site on the same page. This will allow me to add multiple pages for each event. Also, Rich Review uses a Star system that will provide a average star rating for the event. Would you be able to edit the plugin or would it be better to create a new one?
