What I need.
Full service end-to-end test plan management and execution. We effectively bolt on to your organization and act as your outsourced conversion optimization department for the duration of the engagement.
Ongoing management and reporting on what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what we’ve learned so I can apply that learning to other areas.
Needing continuous access to our conversion expertise.
Tool Selection and Setup: Need assistance with the selection of the appropriate conversion testing tool, and manage the account setup and configuration.
Test Plans: Developing detailed test plans for each individual conversion test in the Roadmap.
Test Designs: Developing thoughtful and effective test options for each test to ensure you are testing among good options and not just throwing designs against a wall.
Test Execution: You set up, execute and monitor each test.
Test Analysis: You analyze the test results to identify actionable learnings.
Apply Learnings: You apply the learning from each test to improve conversion rates and inform the next round of testing.
Test Plan Management: You adjust the Optimization Roadmap based on prior test results, to support continuous conversion improvement.

About the eCommerce business: It's a B2C business, selling aftermarket automotive products. The target is US residents. It's a new business just recently got out of production, and looking to maximize profits for this fiscal year.
