Organization Specialist Wanted [possible ongoing work]

This is NOT an "easy/dumb" job. This is for someone who can do the following: - View a video that is moderately disorganized on various topics that deal with ecommerce. They may include terms you do not understand. You should use Google to educate yourself if you do not understand them, etc. - Put a bullet point list together of what needs to be accomplished from the videos. This should be VERY detailed and NOTHING should be left out. You will need to organize it as the video presenter will jump around, and so you'll have to get all the details, and then put it together in a "to do list" of sorts. - You should be able to fill in the blanks on things that don't make sense to you by asking me questions. So, you will have to also take your list gathered from the video, and break it down even more into what exactly must be done. For example, it may talk about creating a blog - so then you will add things in like "modify wordpress, select a theme, etc." ... these are things that you should be able to identify by asking questions or paying attention to the video. You should have some knowledge of websites, design, etc. so that this is common sense to you (filling in the blanks on all of things that need to be done to accomplish something mentioned in the videos). The videos are about 2.5 hours total in length. This can lead to a regular hourly position. Just do a great job! In fact, this is what I am seeking, someone that can break down tasks from broad videos, ask me questions in order to assemble the "to-do" list, and then execute it all with my guidance and with the help of our team. So, this is basically a "paid interview" of sorts. You need to think about the goals presented and ALL of the details in the videos FIRST, then organize them and fill in the blanks on what needs to be done to execute all of the things mentioned. Please provide me a detailed explanation of why I should choose you and your experience doing things such as this. Also, I want you to tell me an example of your ability to identify quality work by showing me an example on the web of "great" web design and "poor" web design. Tell me why it is great and why it is poor. Thank you!
